Our weekly availability list features a wide selection of locally-sourced fresh produce delivered
on a predictable schedule throughout the entire year, including greenhouse and hydroponic crops in
the winter season. If and when it can be grown locally—we have it! Certified organic or biologically-
grown vegetable sources are prioritized; unsprayed and low-spray fruit sources are preferred whenever
possible. Our suppliers custom-harvest fresh veggies and fruits within 48 hours of delivery—long shelf
life is our forte, because our products are FRESH when they walk in your door!

GFGP’s wholesale list also features local grass pastured beef, pork, chicken, eggs and fresh cheeses
through our deliveries. Juices, honeys and many other prepared foods from the New River Valley
and Roanoke areas are included in our list, as well as quality aged cheeses from regional sources. All
products are sourced and sold within 100 miles of our Floyd home-base.

Nova Roast is a small-batch roastery driven by Brian Babcock and Russell Chisholm. We roast in very small batches at The Easy Chair Coffee Shop in Blacksburg, VA. We make regular visits to coffee origin countries and have developed direct relationships with our growers and importers. Most of our coffees are directly purchased from small farms with an emphasis on sustainability and excellent quality.

The retail shop and roastery can be found at 801 University City Blvd in Blacksburg. From Route 460, exit onto Prices Fork Road toward Blacksburg, turn left onto University City Blvd. We are directly next to the entrance of University Mall adjacent to CVS Pharmacy and we have plenty of parking.

The Farms Fields Project at Owens Food Court is the signature local, organic, and sustainable venue for Virginia Tech Dining Services. Customers will find a seasonal menu using produce, meat, and dairy from the Dining Services Garden at Kentland Farm and other local producers. The venue is also an educational opportunity for students to learn more about sustainability and where their food comes from. Open 10:00a.m.-8:00p.m. Monday through Friday during the academic year.

Owens Food Court is located off of Kent Street on the Virginia Tech Campus (near the on-campus bookstore and library) in downtown Blacksburg. Visitor parking passes can be obtained through VT Parking Services, and the venue is also a quick walk from parking downtown.
